F&B Manager (m/w)

We are looking for a well-experienced and professional Food & Beverage Manager (m/f) for high-profile vessels, who has outstanding leadership skills, is dynamic, progressive and has experience in upscale properties ashore and aboard oceangoing vessels.

You should be an excellent leader and know how to operate and work with an international crew – with a great social competence and a feeling for your crew. You should have a great knowledge of the F&B Department, the products and procedures, the expected results as well as being creative and capable of working hands-on if needed.

A very good knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures are required – you should also be able to keep the company standards to the highest level and lead by example. You should be Self-initiative and resourcefulness to develop well-planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines. Comfortable and competent using technology in a business setting.

You need to have great adminstration and computer skills, be able to train and supervise a team in a positive and effective manner – always keeping in mind the company standards and the budget.

You must be fluent in English, any additional language would be a plus.
