Exec. Sous Chef (m/f/d)

We are looking for a qualified Exec. Sous Chef (m/f/d) for a well‑known 5* European Cruise Line with mainly English speaking guests and with great itineraries throughout the world.

The candidate (m/f/d) must have experience in 5* Hotels or Restaurants in a similar position and must also have previous ship experience with luxury cruise lines, river ships and/or large yachts. You should have a very good knowledge in your field with a strong background and great USPH knowledge.

You should have an outgoing personality and the ability to interact with different cultures. The candidate (m/f/d) should be very reliable, trustworthy and stress‑resistant and also being used to a very high quality cuisine and the products needed.

Fluent English is required, any additional language would be a plus.
