Cruise Director

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

We are looking for an experienced Cruise Director (m/f) to be responsible for the overall running of the entertainment on board, you will be an experienced operational manager who understands what it takes to keep our guests happy. You are responsible for all questions concerning the satisfaction of our guests and to make sure, that any kind of action that might be needed is taken in a professional and timely manner.

With responsibility for all production shows, game shows, publications, daytime activities, guest entertainers, wellness and show team members, you will have the ability to multi-task, whilst maintaining a calm exterior.

Certificate Requirements:

• Personal Survival Techniques STCW - Ref. A-VI/1-1
• Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting - STCW Ref. A-VI/1-2
• Elementary First Aid - STCW Ref. A-VI/1-3
• Personal, safety and social responsibilities STCW A-VI/1-4
• Crowd Management Ref. A – V/2 Par 1-3 or A – V/3 Par 1-3
• Security Awareness Ref. A-VI/6 -1
• ENG 1 Medical
• Valid passport
• Seaman’s Book - National or Bahamian Seaman’s Books only

You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, be highly organized, a good administrator and be fluent in both written & spoken English, ideally with a second language of German or Dutch
