Sommelier (m/f) for luxury 5* cruis ship

For luxury 5* Cruise Ship we are looking for a Sommelier (m/f)

• to greet guests in a professional manner and to provide them with prompt, courteous and friendly service in the bistro
• to assist the head sommelier in preparing for wine tasting seminars with celebrity wine lecturers and vintage room dinners
• to set up the vintage room and to reset it again after dinner is over according to instructions from the head sommelier
• to ensure that wine stations are set up properly with wine lists, glasses and ice buckets
• to complete a work registration rorm correctly every month and to submit it to the head sommelier in a timely manner
