Hotel Manager (m/f)

We are looking for an excellent and well experienced Hotel Director (m/f) for a 4* International Cruise Line with less than 150 international passengers and great itineraries throughout the world.

Candidate (m/f) should have several years of experience in a management position in Hotels or Resorts and must have previous ship experience in a similar position.

Your main duty is the full responsibility of guest satisfaction in all service areas of the vessel. Candidate (m/f) is responsible to co-ordinate all Hotel Dept. heads to ensure a smooth and flawless operation. Together with the ships management to coordinate and execute on board safety, environmental and maintenance procedures.

Must be flexible, stress-resistant and a good organizer. A pleasant, well-mannered and outgoing personality is required as well as a well-groomed appearance. You must be flexible, stress-resistant and a good organizer. You should also have strong administration and leadership skills to manage international staff in a positive and productive manner.

Candidates must be fluent in English – any additional language would be a plus.
