You are the assistant of the Executive Chef and partly responsible for the proper preparation of the daily meals according to Menucycle in compliance with the hygiene standard HACCP.
In addition, you help with the organization and guidance of the kitchen crew and are the relief of the Executive Chef during his absence.

Successfully completed training to cook and already experience in this position
Preferably with ship experience
