We are looking for experienced Ass. Shop Manager (m/f) for several high-profile

4* European Cruise Lines with seagoing vessels and international passengers on wonderful itineraries throughout the world.

We are NOT looking for „plain sales staff“, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated crew members, meaning „on the spot customer care people” combined with very good sales and customer care knowledge and crew members, that are willing and able to take the extra step to get a satisfied customers, while baring the company standards and targets in mind.

Your personality must be outgoing and friendly at all times - combined with great social- and communication skills and ideally, you should have previous experience in Promotion, Animation, Guest Relation and/or Customer care.

You will promote the cruise company's high quality retailing standards, continuously strive to achieve maximum sales results and provide superior quality customer service.

You should have a well-groomed appearance, be flexible, stress-resistant and be a great team player, with an energetic, passionate, self-motivated personality that comes naturally to you.

Fluent English and ideally another European language is required - as well as good computer skills.
