Sommelier (m/f)

We are looking for a well experienced and qualified Sommelier (m/f) for a 5*+ American River Cruise Line with international passengers and wonderful itineraries.

Candidates must have very good experience in a high-quality 5* hotel environment as a Sommelier and have an excellent knowledge in this field and should work for the satisfaction of the guest under the requirements and standards of the cruise company.

General Responsibilities but not limited to:

• To greet Guests in a professional manner and to provide them with prompt, courteous and friendly service in all Food and Beverage outlets.
• To prepare for Wine Tasting Seminars with Wine lecturers and Vintage Room dinners.
• To ensure that Wine stations are set up properly with Wine lists, glasses and ice buckets.

You must be flexible, stress-resistant, computer literate and a good organizer. A pleasant, well-mannered and outgoing personality is required as well as a well-groomed appearance.

You must be fluent in English – any additional language would be a plus.
