Costa Crociere is seeking a talented, outgoing and energetic Internal Communication Manager for its brand new Employee Engagement structure in the Corporate Headquarter.
In a growing, multicultural and fast-changing environment the Internal Communication Manager will assure that connections, information and conversations within our organization are made easier and engaging. You will have a broad-reaching responsibility, touching many facets of the internal communications process and delivery, with emphasis on employee engagement and communications channel strategy.
Position will be based in Genoa, Italy.
Responsibilities will include:
- Focus on content amplification and employee engagement via existing and new channels, e.g., Costa Intranet, Newsletters, Internal TV Channel, social networks, etc..
- Continue to lead, nurture, and leverage employee engagement identifying new opportunities to keep momentum going.
- Support content generation, inclusive of user-generated content and function-provided content.
Job Requirements
- Education: BA in Communications or Journalism.
- Work experience: at least 3 to 4 years, preferably in complex multinational context.
- Communication Mastery. Versed and skilled in communication practice, with special emphasis on clear, impeccable, and efficient written communication.
- Collaborative Leadership. Understanding and balancing needs of various actors in a wide range of business areas. Building and leveraging collaborative relationships will be critical to success.
- Strategic Thinking. Being able to attack business issues and priorities from beginning to end. Keen project management is essential.
- Being comfortable working in a flexible and complex environment, with changing demands and deadlines.
- Language skills: Italian & English are a must (Italian mother tongue, English C1). Any additional language, especially Spanish and French, is strongly preferred.
