Hotel Management Trainee (m/f)

Your chartered goal:

• A tailor-made 18 to 24-month trainee program with extensive practical and leadership experience
• Intensive development in a senior leadership position as a head of department in the hotel area or Hotel Manager on board our AIDA fleet
• Responsibility by taking on various leadership positions during ongoing ship operations
• Advice and support from mentors on board and in our HR Department as well as exclusive continuing education and the fostering of your leadership competences at our AIDA Academy

Your previous ports of call:

• Vocational or university qualification in hotel or tourism management or a comparable qualification
• Professional and management experience in the hotel industry
• Training in the area of hotels or tourism
• Very good knowledge of German and English and confident MS Office skills
• A persuasive personality, highly service-oriented, you enjoy working in an international team, quick grasp of facts, entrepreneurial thinking, and a sense of responsibility
