Hotel Operation Manager (m/f)

Your target course:

• Management and coordination of smooth processes throughout entire hotel area (bar, kitchen, restaurant, housekeeping and provisioning) together with the heads of department
• Design of unforgettable vacation moments for our guests in consultation with the relevant departments
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and the quality of your work, and proactive, communicative and flexible reaction to guest wishes as a devoted host
• Motivating your international crew, and supporting employees in their continuing professional development
• Implementation and maintenance of our high standards of quality, safety and hygiene

Your previous course:

• Vocational or university studies in the area of business administration and several years of professional and management experience in the superior hotel and/or catering industry
• Target and result-oriented approach, and confidence in dealing with business administration key figures
• Very good knowledge of English and German as well as competent MS Office skills
• Persuasive and likeable personality, strong hosting skills, poise, good communication skills and a sense of responsibility
