Your chartered goal:

• Responsibility for smooth ship operations and for the cooperation of a highly motivated crew of up to 900 employees
• Ensuring ship safety and environmental protection
• Functioning as a host and representative
• Overseeing compliance with company-wide rules and quality systems

Your previous ports of call:

• Captain with several years of professional and management experience, ideally on cruise ships
• Possession of all necessary documents and certificates in accordance with STCW
• Excellent knowledge of all national and international safety and environmental protection regulations
• Excellent knowledge of English and German
• Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, resilience and self-assurance
