F&B Manager - step up Hotel Manager (m/f/d)

Skills & Education:

We are looking for a well-experienced F&B Manager (m/f/d) for a well-known 5* River Cruise Line with international passengers and with an Asian Itinerary.
Candidate (m/f) must have ship experience in a similar position with a high profile company and have an excellent knowledge in this field and should work for the satisfaction of the guest under the requirements and standards of the cruise company.

You should be an excellent leader and know how to operate and work with a mostly local based crew – with a great social competence and a feeling for the crew. You should have a great knowledge of the F&B Department, the products and procedures, the expected results as well as being creative and capable of working hands-on if needed.

Candidate (m/f/d) should be able to lead by example and should be self-motivated to develop well-planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines.

You must be flexible, stress-resistant and a good organizer. Candidate (m/f/d) should have a well-groomed positive appearance, great USPH knowledge and must be computer literate.

Fluent English is required – any additional language would be a plus.
