Digital Analyst (m/f)

Here are some examples of what you’ll be doing:

• You act as thought partner to empower the agile teams to drive impact through proactive, holistic and informed decision making
• Deep dive analysis into Costa’s and AIDA’s vast data to uncover opportunities
• Partner with data scientists, analysts and research to help telling the story behind the numbers
• Partnering with leadership to prioritize areas of opportunity to drive growth/quality
• Evaluate and define products and business metrics
• Communicate the state of the business to stakeholders
• Concept and interpret experiments
• Democratize data by building and socializing decision tools (dashboards, reports)
• Build key data sets/pipelines to empower operational and exploratory analysis
• State your opinions and contribute to an inclusive decision-making process
• Introduce and establish analytics best practices
• Take full ownership, bring in ideas and kick off new products and features which will benefit the company

What we are looking for:

• You bring strong communication skills with fellow team members and have the drive to help remove roadblocks and solve problems with teams and individuals
• Ability to communicate technical content to general audience including story tell with data
• You bring working experience as e.g. Data Scientist, Data Analyst
• You use the latest lean and agile thinking, solve mission-critical problems and challenge yourself every day.
• Best to have the ability to write and/or mentor code development in SQL and Python (or R)
• Experience with dashboard design and data viz tools (i.e. Tableau)
• Experience with building data pipelines is a plus
