Fleet Sanitation Officer (m/f)

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for fleet wide shipboard sanitation and public health audits
• Achievement and maintenance of a level of food safety and sanitation on board as well as monitoring the correct implementation on board of all applicable Public Health standards
• Performance of Public Health trainings on board as well as the provision of information to the ships whilst on board about any procedural development and/or legal changes
• Interaction and cooperation with the Fleet management on board and direct reporting to the Head of Public Health

Your Profile:

• Formal degree or higher Certification in food sanitation management from a recognized International institution or previous experience on board Cruise vessels in a similar position
• Required STCW certification for this ship board position
• Fluent English and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Effective planner and problem solver, analytical skills and the ability to conduct training sessions
