3R Global are currently looking for a highly motivated, knowledgeable and experienced Master. It is a great opportunity to join an award winning cruise line.

What you will be doing:

• As 1st Navigation Officer you will be deputizing for the Captain in his absence and will assume command if the Master is incapacitated
• You will be responsible for the safe navigation during watch
• As 1st Navigation Officer you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the hull, decks, working spaces, superstructures and crew areas
• You will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the safety and firefighting equipment
• As 1st Navigation Officer you will be responsible for the safety training and familiarization
• You will be responsible for the deployment and supervision of navigational department crew Cleanliness and condition of the sundeck to satisfy expectations of the passengers
• As 1st Navigation Officer you will be responsible for issuing 'Permits to Work' as required
• You will be ensuring that all pollution prevention measures are employed Cooperation with Hospitality Department on board to ensure daily operation

What you will need:

• You MUST hold both RHINE and DANUBE Licenses
• Recent and relevant experience as 1st Navigation Officer
• Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English and German
