Product Owner (m/f)

Here are some examples of what you’ll be doing:

• Be part of creating product visions and proposals to the leadership team and wider organization – outlining how new business opportunities are expected to promote customer satisfaction, business growth and profitability in line with Costa Group´s strategic goals.
• Shape and lead the product roadmap, working with cross-functional product teams through the process of designing and delivering digital solutions, ensuring both creativity and relevance.
• Once defined, deliver products using a lean/agile approach (Build/measure/learn, MVP etc...). Own the creation and prioritization of the product backlog for specific digital products.
• Be accountable for the performance of the product, in line with the vision.
• Prioritize backlogs by understanding customer and business values
• Empower the team to reach their goals (Motivate and set challenging goals)
• Achieve the above in close collaboration with Costa Digital in-house and external teams, the IT and brand department teams.

What we are looking for:

• You have a degree in Economics, Design or Information Technology and at least 3+ years of strong experience owning and delivering digital products
• You show an ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas (e.g. marketing, sales, finance, operations, technology)
• You have a background that comprises both solid business understanding as well as expert understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
• Knowledge of English (business fluent) is required, German or Italian would be beneficial
• You bring in depth knowledge of Agile methodology, latest digital technologies and UI techniques
• You have strong leadership experience and you are able to lead and influence both Costa Digital stakeholders and Brand stakeholders
• Coaching capabilities and visionary leadership
