Aim of the Position
As Pizzaiolo, you are the master of Italian Pizza, providing a speedy, professional and courteous service ensuring a flawless presentation.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparing the daily food requisition to assure excellence in pizza production
- Helping in maintaining the production cost in within the given budget, avoiding unnecessary wastage, spoilage and food overproduction
- Proposing new ideas and initiative to improve the quality and service
Job Requirements
- Secondary school (Hospitality or equivalent)
- Completed apprenticeship in hotel or cruise ship
- At least 1 year in similar position in an F&B outlet or cruise ship
- Strong knowledge of all bakery techniques, equipment, tools, and supplies
- Enthusiastic and creative
- HACCP certification
- English knowledge A2-B1
- Italian knowledge is an advantage
- Previous shipboard experience is a plus
