Outlet Maitre d'hotel for Silversea

V. Ships Leisure Moaco are looking for an experienced Outlet Maître D' or Head Waiter to join our highly accomplished team onboard Silversea Cruises 'The World's Best Small Luxury Cruise Line'.

As Head Waiter you will be responsible for either your own outlet or will oversee a large section of the Main Dining Room, supporting the Assistant Dining Room Manager.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following:

• A minimum of 3 years managing a small fine dining outlet
• Hotel School education
• Strong Computer literacy, with knowledge of Fidelio, MXP and Windows preferred.
• Ideally either German, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese as a fluent language, as well as English.
• Contracts are for around 6 months.
