Tasks / Responsibilities

• Responsible for hotel operations and all departments on board
• Managing and motivating the entire crew
• Reviewing all purchase orders, inventories
• Responsible for stock management, cost controlling
• Overall responsible for all HACCP related topics
• Overall responsible for guest and crew satisfaction on board

Requirements

• Completed professional school or vocational training in Hotel Management
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in F&B related departments
• Professional computer skills on ICDL level
• Professional communication in English and / or German
• In-depth knowledge of all HACCP related topics
• Role model for the entire crew on board
• EU passport
