Riverman Cruises GmbH is a Swiss river cruise shipping company with five own ships and four ships in management. Our ships travel for different European Tour Operator on the rivers Rhine, Moselle, Neckar, Main and Danube.

We offer Swiss contracts, market conditions and entrepreneurial management for all employees on board, which always interested to support the ship's crew.

Receptionist m/f

The Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating an outstanding experience for the guests. Being able to communicate in a courteous and professional way towards the guests and fellow crew members is a necessity.

Maintaining the company standards throughout the implementation of company procedures which include, nevertheless, an efficient support to Hotel Manager and other departments, maintaining impeccable cleanliness in the front desk area, maintaining an excellent flow of information on board and performing respective administrative and financial tasks as requested by Hotel Manager.

An outgoing personality and a positive attitude can lead to a great achievement and exceed guest expectations, and is an asset we would like to welcome to our team.

Requirements

• Professional communication skills in English (German would be a great advantage)
• Experience in this position & with Resco ship software
