Aim of the Position
Als Hospitality Operator sind Sie die Hauptansprechperson für Informationen und Anfragen unserer Gäste. Sie werden Ihre natürliche Beziehungsfähigkeit in Bezug auf Kommunikation, Empathie und Erstellung von Lösungen zur Serviceoptimierung erfolgreich einsetzen können.
Hauptaufgaben:
- Sie sind verantwortlich für alle Dienstleistungen an Bord sowie Abteilungsverfahren (wie Gepäckabfertigung, Fundsachen), Sie informieren die Gäste genau und zeitnah und verwalten ihre Anfragen
- Sie führen mehrere Aufgaben durch, ohne dabei die Qualität der gelieferten Dienstleistung zu beeinträchtigen (z.B. Weckrufe, öffentliche Durchsagen, externe Anrufe, Fax, Internet, E-Mail, interne und Satellitenanrufe von Land ans Schiff, Unterstützung beim Gebrauch von Kabinensafes).
- Sie helfen bei operativen Aufgaben beim Ein- und Ausschiffen mit, indem Sie das Hospitality-Team beim Angehen der Prioritäten der Abteilung erheblich unterstützen.
Berufliche Voraussetzungen:
- Sekundarschule (Tourismus oder Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil)
- Mindestens 3 Monate Erfahrung in Hotels in ähnlichen Positionen (Rezeptionist/in, Kundendienst)
- Begeisternde und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Selbstbewusstes Auftreten beim Sprechen in der Öffentlichkeit
- Lösungsorientiert
- EDV-Kenntnisse
- Englischkenntnisse B2
- Deutschkenntnisse C1
- Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung an Bord ist von Vorteil
