Your tasks

• Contact person on board for our international guests
• Writing of the daily programmes in English and German language
• Providing all information about the trip as well as translations of the Welcomes and Farewells
• Announcements (safety, shore leave end times and route information) in English/German
• Presentation of offered excursions and ship safety for international guests
• Accompaniment of excursions with international guests and translation of information if necessary
• Professional high-quality animation and supervision of all guests (apero games, sundeck games, lounge games, quizzes, etc.)
• Moderation and co-creation of the day and evening program
• Support in the on-board shop
• Collaboration at the reception desk 

Your profile

• Good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
• Positive charisma, very good communication skills and team spirit
• Fun in dealing with people of all ages
• Self-confident and sympathetic
• Patient, sociable and a talent for organisation
• Independent worker
• Service readiness
• PC knowledge including Microsoft Office software (Power Point, Word, Excel)
