Create the best possible vacation experience for our guests by effectively managing our ship’s overall hotel operations. Use your leadership and management skills to ensure that the food & beverage, guest services, housekeeping, and other hotel operations teams work seamlessly to deliver the highest level of customer service throughout the voyage. You are also responsible for minimizing costs and meeting, and when possible exceeding, all revenue targets. You’re the guest experience expert we want if you have worked as a general manager in a large upscale cruise ship, hotel, or resort. Fluency in other languages (including German, French, Portuguese, and Spanish) is an advantage!
