Purser with German language skills

Requirements:

• good knowledge of German and English
• knowledge of French is a plus
• professional experience in reception or experience aboard a ship is a distinct advantage for this position
• flair for organization
• initiative, loyalty and maturity

Responsibilities:

• relieve the Hotel Manager in all administrative tasks: the accurate billing of passengers, accounting and preparation of relevant reports
• handle payment transactions efficiently and guest requests in a courteous manner
• organize and ensure the realization of efficient and smooth check-in and check-out procedures of as per company directives
• correctly handle all IT devices within the front desk area
