Cruise Ship Nurse

VIKAND manages the Medical Centers onboard many new and upscale cruise ships and continue to grow. We are currently looking for experienced Nurses with passion for their jobs and with cruise ship experience.

Vikand will contract qualified Doctors and Nurses to provide medical care for guests, crew and concessionaires onboard the assigned vessel. The primary function of the Nurse is to provide medical advice and services to the guests, crew and concessionaires

The Nurse requires the following credentials:

• Current registration and valid licensure
• Current ACLS or equivalent certification
• Current PALS or equivalent certification (for ships with children only)
• Current Sexual Assault certification (can be carried out onboard)
• Fluency in English or the majority language of the ship. We are also looking for staff who can speak conversational German or Spanish for some of our our clients
• Three years of post-graduate experience in ICU and/or Emergency Department.
• STCW Seafaring Certificates (Basic Training) will be a bonus but can be organised after interview if the applicant is sucessful.
