Crewing Manager

We are working with a very establish Shipping and Cruise company who are looking for an experienced Crewing Manager to join their team in Central Europe due to continuous fleet expansion.

We are looking for someone who has strong Cruise Crewing experience within Deck and Engine. You will have proven leader ship experience with strong communication skills. You should be able work under pressure while being diplomatic and manage and set expectations.

You role will include;

• Ensuring that activities of the crewing department are well planned, organised and safeguards are established against all identified risks.
• Monitor performance evaluations for all senior officers and arrange for follow up where required.
• Planning and managing the cadet program including selection and recruitment of new cadets in co operation with the training group and crewing superintendents.
• Ensuring that non-conformities, observations and customer complaints are investigated and followed up.

You are required to travel when required, along with having strong communication skills; English and German written and spoken is essential. You should be able to also work under pressure.
