Shore Excursion Assistant Manager – German speaking (m/f/g) – Ocean Cruise

We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Shore Excursion Assistant Manager (m/f/g) for a well-established Cruise Line with mainly German speaking passengers and great itineraries throughout Europe.

Your job includes:

• Expert knowledge in Shore Excursion  and Guest Relations department, preferably gained in Cruise Ship environment
• Responsible for the smooth operation of the assigned department, areas and inventory
• Responsible for all questions concerning guest satisfaction and complaint management
• Other tasks related to the position

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in a similar position
• Fluent command of German, as well as English language – every other language is a plus
• Excellent hotel and standard software skills - preferably Word/Excel/Fidelio/MXP and similar
• Well-mannered, well-groomed, reliable, friendly and honest
