Sous Chef - 6* Luxury Ocean Cruise

Faststream is in partnership with a leading Global Cruise Line and we are currently recruiting for Sous Chefs to join the team on board.

The Sous Chef's responsibilities are to assist in covering the entire on-board operation which can be up to 2000 Passengers. Also to be running and operating a multi-cultural team ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction at all times.

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

• In rank experience either on an Ocean Cruise
• Proven management skills
• Fluent spoken and written English skills
• Exemplary employment appraisals

On offer is a 6 month on 2 months off rotation with shared accommodation plus an industry-leading salary.
