Staff Captain - Expedition Cruise

The Company

I am currently working with an established Cruise Line and have an exciting opportunity for an Expedition Cruise Staff Captain to join their brand-new Expedition Ship as soon as possible.

The Role
As Staff Captain you will enjoy overall management of 6 direct reports, be ensuring that all operations are run in line with existing laws and legislations and company standards, along with mixing frequently with passengers and adding to the customer experience on-board.

The ideal candidate will have:

-Master Unlimited ticket

-Expedition Vessel experience with a thorough understanding of the onboard setup

-Immediate availability

-Developed interpersonal skills

-Fluent English & German language skills

The Reward

This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work with a leading cruise company. You will enjoy a salary of €7500 - 11000 per month onboard, experience dependent, and a 3 month on 3 months off rotation, along with career progression opportunity.
