Destinations Director

The Company

I am currently working with an exciting company, who are looking for a Destinations Director. This role is based in Norway. It is essential that you are Norwegian to be consider for this position.

The Role

As the Destination Director you will head up the whole hotel and destination operation. This will include ensuring world class experiences for their guests whilst providing a great workplace for the staff.

Responsibilities will include.

• Lead and develop all operations, including Activities & Expeditions, Retail, Business, Support, Product Development and Commercial.
• Develop strategy for future state of product and innovation and guest experience.
• Develop new and exciting concepts for our hotel.
• Maximize revenues through good planning with sales and revenue and through offering quality products for all segments

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• Experience in a director role within the hotel and tourism industries
• Knowledge in experience production and adventure travel
• Proven business and commercial track record
• Project management experience
• Financial acumen
• Strong and charismatic leader
• Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking
