Requirements:

• Professional experience as a sailor
• Valid and stamped River service record book “Schifferdienstbuch”for the position Sailor
• Good communication level in English or German
• Self-organized, disciplined, and reliable
• Problem solver, trouble shooter
• Team player
• Work under pressure
• Familiar to work in a multicultural environment
• Good social skills, ability to interact with guests
• Organized and dependable personality with a deep sense of responsibility to others
• Well-groomed and maintain perfect hygiene standards

Role and Responsibilities:

• Representing the Company spirit at all times and providing professional and courteous service
• Retaining full knowledge of the Company standards and operating procedures and responsible for the implementation on board
• Participate in any duty assigned by the supervisor during embarkation and disembarkation and complying with the safety regulations and procedures
• Efficient handling of all technical tasks
• Compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Proper disposal of oils and waste
• Prepare the vessel for operation
• Rope and wire works
• Paint and conservation works
• Ensuring of Ship's maintenance, service, and cleaning
• Board watch and watch outside during cruising
• Compliance with safety rules and regulation during embarkation and disembarkation work
• Perform safety checks based on instructions
• Prepare and clean sun deck as instucketed by the Supervior
