Tasks / Responsibilities

• Service-oriented assistance for our international guests
• Implementation of quality standards at the bar
• Independent performance of all necessary duties at the bar
• Preparation of cocktails and drinks according to the menu and recipes
• Planning and execution of sales promotions
• Daily closing of guest checks, monthly inventories

Requirements

• Professional experience in a comparable position
• In-depth knowledge of beverages and mixology
• Good communication skills in English and / or in German
• Friendly and service-oriented personality
• Excellent teamwork and stress resistance
• Well-groomed appearance
• EU passport
