Tasks / Responsibilities
- Service-oriented assistance for our international guests
- Implementation of quality standards at the bar
- Independent performance of all necessary duties at the bar
- Preparation of cocktails and drinks according to the menu and recipes
- Planning and execution of sales promotions
- Daily closing of guest checks, monthly inventories
Requirements
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- In-depth knowledge of beverages and mixology
- Good communication skills in English and / or in German
- Friendly and service-oriented personality
- Excellent teamwork and stress resistance
- Well-groomed appearance
- EU passport
