Polish speaking children's entertainers (f/m/d) on board of a ferry

Children's animation season 2022

Our customer is a German shipping company that connects the ports of Lübeck-Travemünde and Rostock and Świnoujście in Poland with the Swedish port of Trelleborg. On its ferries, it offers children's entertainment for its little passengers from the age of 3 years during the summer months. For this season, we are looking for reliable children's entertainers who will independently take care of the children's entertainment on board the ferries and offer the children a nice, entertaining crossing.

• Period of entertainment: 01.07.22 - 28.08.22
• Place of entertainment: on board of 1 of 5 ferries
• Number of children's animators per ferry: 1 - 2 (depending on the ferry and period)
• Working hours per day: approx. 6 - 7 hours between approx. 8 am - 10 pm
• Working days: approx. 7 - 10 consecutive days on board
• Minimum deployment time: 2x 7 deployment days or by arrangement
• Responsibility: taking care of the children's entertainment, including keeping things in order
• Induction: in advance in writing and personal training, possibly on board
• Board language: Polish, English, German, also Swedish

Children's animation on board

• 2 changing themes: pirate & elf
• per crossing: 3-part, interactive children's program packed with simple games: getting to know each other, training to become a pirate / elf, treasure hunt
• important: short explanations of the games in Polish and German or English

We provide

Requirements

• several years of experience as a children's entertainer
• experienced handling of children from 3 years
• impeccable, extended police clearance certificate
• reliable and customer-oriented
• open and proactive
• don't be afraid to speak in front of an audience
• team-oriented
• very good knowledge of Polish 
• very good knowledge of English and/or German

Compensation

• from EUR 100 / day
