Cruise Director

We are looking for CRUISE DIRECTOR to work on a river cruise passenger vessel, Rhine and Danube trading areas (Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, the Netherlands, Belgium).

• Official monthly salary, weekly commission
• Special rates for friends&family cruise bookings
• Transportation costs
• Discontinuous fixed contract: 3 +/- 1 months in total for the first year
• Operation: May 2023-October 2023 (main season), November 2023-January 2024 (winter season).
• Internship on December 20-27, 2022 on a Danube cruise including accommodation, meals, tips.

Main Requirements:

• The Cruise Director is responsible for overseeing the operation of all onboard activities and performance.
• We are in search of an applicant speaking English and Spanish fluently, German/French would be a plus.
• 3 years+ experience in hostess, passenger/guest relations, guiding, sales, entertainment, capable of organizing a group of people (passengers and staff), holding meetings for passengers (up to 150 people), solving routine and emergency situations, monitoring shore excursions, transfers and product delivery, reporting to office, smiling and welcoming. Work permit for the EU is required.
