Assistant Shore Excursions Manager - French Speaking

*Position Overview:*

The Assistant Shore Excursions Manager supports the Shore Excursions Manager in planning, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth operation of shore excursions for guests.  The Assistant Shore Excursions Manager assists in managing day-to-day activities, overseeing excursions, and providing leadership to staff involved in shore excursions.

*Key Responsibilities:*

-Assist in planning, organizing, and executing shore excursions in line with the schedules and guests´ expectations.

-Coordinate with  tour operators and local guides to ensure quality services and safety standards.

- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during all excursions.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of excursions, addressing any issues promptly.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any concerns related to shore excursions.

- Collaborate with other ship departments to ensure seamless operations.

*Qualifications:*
- Previous ship experience in similar role or previous experience in tour operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
