Key Responsibilities

• Create memorable, guest-centric experiences by consistently delivering activity and entertainment programs that align with Princess brand standards, Service Excellence, and all health, environmental, safety, and security (HESS) protocols.
• Host, emcee, and actively participate in a wide range of onboard activities and events, ensuring they are engaging, inclusive, and appropriate for guests of all ages and demographics.
• Embrace and confidently use MedallionClass products, services, and applications to recognize guests, personalize interactions, and enhance the overall onboard experience.
• Own assigned activity and experience areas, ensuring spaces are prepared, safe, welcoming, and maintained to the highest standards before, during, and after events.
• Collaborate closely with Entertainment leadership and onboard teammates to plan, promote, and deliver the activity program, sharing feedback and ideas to continuously improve the guest experience.
• Provide accurate, friendly information on daily programs, ship services, policies, itineraries, and port highlights, proactively anticipating and responding to guest questions and needs.
• Arrive at events early to complete all setup requirements, conduct sound and equipment checks as needed, and greet guests with a warm, professional, and energetic presence.
• Demonstrate strong stage presence and performance standards in line with the Cruise Staff Tier Program, maintaining a confident, charismatic, and guest-focused delivery style.
• Use consumables, props, and equipment responsibly, ensuring items are stored, cleaned, and cared for in accordance with company guidelines and public health standards.
• Actively support a safe and healthy onboard environment by following all HESS, public health, and company procedures, and by promptly reporting any concerns or incidents.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Proven experience in guest-facing roles within hospitality, tourism, entertainment, recreation, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering engaging guest experiences.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest experience principles and a genuine passion for creating memorable, inclusive activities for individuals and families of all ages and abilities.
• Confident stage presence with a natural, charismatic, and energetic delivery style; comfortable emceeing events, leading games, and speaking to large groups.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities, adapt to changing schedules, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards, with a commitment to following HESS and public health protocols at all times.
• Comfortable learning and using digital tools and applications (including MedallionClass technology) to support activity delivery and personalize the guest experience.
• Collaborative team player who builds positive working relationships and supports teammates to achieve shared goals and Service Excellence standards.
• High level of personal presentation, reliability, and professionalism, reflecting Princess Cruises’ brand values at all times.
• Willingness to live and work at sea for extended periods, including working varied shifts, sea days, port days, weekends, and holidays as required.
