- "Candidate" means an individual seeking a job by means of the Services provided by Webix Ltd.
1.1 Webix Ltd does not make any representation whatsoever about any job vacancy advertisement which is accessed either on, by virtue of or by way of any links from this website nor about any of the advertisers on this website because in compiling the same Webix relies on information provided to it by third parties. Accordingly it is a matter for you to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of any agency, employer or job found directly or indirectly through this website.
1.2 You acknowledge that the Internet or Webix Ltd's systems, services and equipment may from time to time be inoperative in full or in part as a consequence of but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, maintenance, hardware or software upgrades, any communication connectivity problems or other facts beyond the control of Webix Ltd and you acknowledge that Webix Ltd will not be held liable for any failure or inability to provide continuous, error free, uninterrupted services under these or any other circumstances.

2. Membership condition

You cannot oppt out from receiving emails from us and our partners and clients without deleting your candidate account.
2.4 If you unsubscribe from receiving emails from us (any apart of Jobs by Email) via the Website or third party systems (such as email clients), we will permanently delete your account and all information we store about you.
2.5 By registering with the Website you agree some of your details (i.e. your photograph, date of registration, date of last login to the Website, your nationality and preferred positions) may be publicly displayed on the Website. No other personal details will be published in the public area of the Website.
You must choose a password on completion of registration. You shall be responsible for all actions taken under that password and shall only access the Website using your own password. You should not disclose your password to any other person.
4.1 Webix Ltd may make changes in or withdraw any of the services described in this website and at any time without notice.
4.2 The services which Webix Ltd offers to candidates are entirely gratuitous and Webix Ltd shall not be obliged to maintain or continue any services offered to candidates on this Website. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing Webix Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel the provision of any service to any particular candidate for any reason whatsoever.
4.3 Webix Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of use by changing them on this website.
5 Information and emails you send us or submit
5.1 You should ensure that information you send to us or any advertiser is accurate and you are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Website any material that is libellous, obscene, indecent, seditious, pornographic, menacing, threatening, offensive, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience, fraudulent, which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringes the rights of any third party, in England, the European Union or any other country in the world; which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data) or for which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals.

5.4 If you breach of any of the terms contained in paragraphs 5.1 and 5.2, Webix Ltd will terminate the services provided by this Website.
5.5 Webix Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for the use by any agency, employer or other third party of any CV about you forwarded to any agency, employer (whether by Webix Ltd or you) or to any third party which comes to your attention directly or indirectly through your use of this Website.
5.6 If you apply for any job or jobs using the Website you consent to Webix Ltd monitoring and storing the information provided, along with the contents of any email.
6.1 Webix Ltd does not make any representation as to the security, quality or propriety of any website which may be accessed through this Website. Linked websites accessed through this Website are independent websites over which Webix Ltd does not exercise any control, whether financial, editorial or any other kind and are not in any way endorsed by Webix Ltd.
6.2 Accordingly Webix Ltd has no responsibility or liability to you in respect of any products or services purchased or obtained by you from any such linked website nor in respect of the use of any personally identifying information by any such linked website or its owner. If you decide to access any of the third party websites linked to this Website, you do so entirely at your own risk.

10. Job Posting
10.1 By submitting a job to the website, the client is authorising Webix Ltd to post such vacancy and submit candidates ranked by Webix Ltd in accordance with the Client's criteria (if any).
10.2 The Client is responsible for the content of the vacancy and will indemnify Webix Ltd against any claim, loss, liability, expense and/or damage ("Losses") in connection therewith.
10.3 The Client shall provide sufficient details about itself and the vacancy to applicants including without limitation the Client's identity, the nature of its business, the nature of the role, the type of work to be performed, the commencement date, the likely duration, the hours of work, the location, the remuneration, the intervals of payment and benefits, and the notice periods required to be given and received.
10.4 Candidates' applications can be forwarded by Webix Ltd by email subject to any filtering and ranking. The Client is responsible for verifying the information contained in candidates' responses and Webix Ltd accepts no responsibility for the content of any such application. In particular, but without limitation, the Client is responsible for verifying the candidate's identity, eligibility to work, experience, training, qualifications and authorisations required by the Client, by law or by any relevant professional body for the vacancy.
10.5 All and any subsequent dealings between the Client and any candidate in connection with the candidate's response to the job posting are the responsibility of the Client, and Webix Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever therewith. The Client will indemnify Webix Ltd against any Losses in connection therewith.
10.6 The Client will comply with all applicable laws.
10.7 The Client accepts responsibility for any detriment which it may suffer or incur in respect of the engagement of an applicant and shall hold Webix Ltd harmless against any losses in connection therewith. The Client shall use all reasonable endeavours to ascertain that it will not be detrimental to the interests of the applicant it intends to engage (if any) to work for the Client in the vacancy posted.
10.8 Webix Ltd reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to remove any job at any time without reason. Examples of jobs that may be removed include, but are not limited to:
- those that Webix Ltd considers illegal, inappropriate or fraudulent
- those that directly or indirectly require or ask for application or registration fees
- those that advertise franchise, pyramid, network marketing or get-rich-quick schemes
- those that have been indiscriminately posted or duplicated across multiple sectors
- those that advertise websites, services, businesses, business opportunities and/or contact details
- those that advertise multiple positions in a single job posting
10.9 Some jobs posted on this Website can be published on third party partner websites, such as job aggregators. However, Candidates can apply for such jobs only via this Website.
10.10 Webix Ltd reserve the right to remove a job posting from the website if it does not comply with these Terms and Conditions without refunding the paid fees.
10.11 The Client will not include any contact details in free job postings. This includes (but is not limited to): email address, telephone number, fax number, website URL, instant messenger ID, etc.
10.12 The Client can either post Basic jobs (free) with limited features, or Premium and Premium Plus jobs (paid) with all available features. Vacancies stay published for a period of 30 days, providing they are not in breach with these Terms and Conditions.
11.1 Advertisers can buy the following credits valid only on the Website:
- Job credits
- Candidate profile view credits
11.2 Job credits can be purchased in bulk. Webix Ltd can offer the Client other packages with different number of job credits for a custom price. Each credit can be used for posting one job on the Website for the period of 30 days, or for renewing already posted and expired job for further 30 days. Credits used for posting jobs in breach with the Terms and Conditions of this website will not be refunded. Job credits expire 12 months after latest job credit purchase.
11.3 Candidate profile view credits can be purchased in bulk. Each credit can be used for viewing full candidate profile on the Website, including candidate's contact details and CV/Resume (where available). Recruiters can see if Candidate's CV/Resume is available for download before they view the full candidate profile.
12.1 Webix Ltd excludes all liability it may have to you to the fullest extent permitted by law (and whether such liability arises in contract, tort or otherwise) as a result of your use of this Website or your accepting of a job vacancy obtained directly or indirectly through this Website.
12.2 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude Webix Ltd's liability for death or personal injury due to its negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
12.3 If your use of material on this Website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data you assume all costs thereof.
13.1 While Webix Ltd endeavours to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, Webix Ltd does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. Webix Ltd may make changes to the material on this Website at any time without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, and Webix Ltd makes no commitment to update such material.
