Job Summary:
\nReporting to our Director, Digital Product, our Senior Digital Product Manager will take ownership of the user personalized experience initiatives leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud, driving the strategic personalization and optimization of our digital experience. This role is pivotal in understanding our customer journeys and enhancing them through tailored experiences.
\nThis position is included in our hybrid work policy and is required to work in person from our Woodland Hills, CA office every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Digital Personalization: \n
- Develop and oversee the execution of personalization campaigns that enhance user experiences and lead to higher engagement and conversions. \n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand different customer segments and create tailored digital experiences for them. \n
- Lead technical resources in defining and implementing user journey personalization to increase user experience and/or revenue. \n
- Hands-on development skills to implement Adobe Target A/B tests and user personalized journeys \n
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of Adobe products to ensure Viking’s effective utilization. \n
- Analyze test results, gather insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. \n
- Collaboration: \n
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and marketers to ensure seamless implementation of personalized experiences and tests. \n
- Engage with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, ensuring alignment in digital initiatives. \n
- Reporting and Insights: \n
- Regularly report on Adobe Target &/or AJO activities, performance metrics, and the impact on business KPIs. \n
- Use insights from Adobe Target and other analytics tools to continuously refine and improve digital experiences. \n

Required Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field. \n
- 7+ years of experience in digital product management with a strong focus on personalization and testing. \n
- Expertise in Adobe Target (or similar platform), including hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing personalization and testing campaigns as well as developing \n
- Solid understanding of web analytics, user experience design, and digital marketing. \n
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. \n

- Salary range $135,000-$155,000 annually determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations. \n
