Your life on board

As an Animator Cruise Staff you will entertain guests in the various activities and promote interactions between them during the cruise through energy, sympathy and professionality.

Demonstrate your passion

• You will involve Guests in games and dancing activities, helping them to interact each other by removing language barriers.
• You will organize the animation activities to fit Guests expectations and needs.
• You will collaborate across departments to enhance guest entertainment and drive revenue.

Getting Things Right

• You will manage customer feedback taking direct action or addressing them to the supervisor to provide a fast and effective solution.
• You will participate in daily meeting with Animation Team to plan and organize the working activities.

Safety First

• You will actively contribute to a dynamic work environment, emphasizing safety as a core value for everyone.
• You will support health and safety culture onboard.

What makes you unique

• You have at least a secondary school Diploma – preferably in hospitality or tourism.
• You have at least a B1 spoken level of English and are familiar with other European languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish) at B1/B2 level.
• You gained previous experience as Entertainer in hotels, resorts or on board.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong public speaking abilities.
• You are a curious, creative and outgoing person who enjoys interacting with others.
