HUB Manager / Photo Services Manager

As the HUB Manager you will lead the photo and video services onboard, creating exceptional guest experiences through capturing and preserving unforgettable moments. Your Journey So Far

Here’s what we’re looking for:

1.    Minimum three years of proven experience in a similar leadership role, such as HUB Manager, Photo Manager, or a comparable position in retail or hospitality.
2.    Onboard experience in a similar role
3.    A strong track record in sales, with extensive experience in a customer-facing role and achieving ambitious targets.
4.    Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a diverse team, fostering collaboration and productivity.
5.    Proficiency in English, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
6.    Experience in photo and video sales is a significant advantage, as is technical knowledge of digital equipment and editing software.
 

Your Essentials

1.    Lead the onboard photo and video department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional guest service.
2.    Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue goals, while monitoring performance and driving team success.
3.    Oversee the creative and technical aspects of photo and video production, maintaining the highest quality standards.
4.    Manage inventory, budgets, and operational reports to ensure efficiency and profitability.
5.    Act as a mentor and role model for the team, promoting professionalism, innovation, and a guest-first mindset.
