Your Purpose
Join our new MSC Cruises Excellence Hub in Valencia as Talent Acquisition Specialist and support the build of a fast-growing, high-volume commercial team.
You will drive the attraction and hiring of multilingual sales talent, building a strong pipeline in a competitive market and ensuring we identify candidates who can succeed and grow in a performance-driven environment.
By leveraging the most effective local sourcing channels, you will attract the right talent, adapting recruitment approaches to maximize impact.
Help deliver meaningful candidate experiences while supporting the growth of a diverse, high-performing team.
Your Impact
Full Recruitment Lifecycle Ownership
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting, sourcing and screening through to interview coordination, offer management and onboarding support
- Translate hiring plans into weekly and monthly recruitment targets, executing focused sourcing initiatives with particular attention to languages, sales mindset, commercial fit and long-term retention potential
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other sourcing tools
- Continuously identify and activate the most effective recruitment channels to attract the right profiles in the Valencia market
- Help structure a clear, transparent and high-quality recruitment process, ensuring candidates receive positive experience and continuous feedback throughout the selection journey
- Contribute to building recruitment experience that strengthens MSC Cruises’ reputation as a professional, attractive and candidate-focused employer in the market
High Volume Multilingual Hiring
- Source and attract multilingual sales talent in Valencia’s competitive labour market
- Conduct and coordinate structured screening and interview processes for commercial and customer-facing roles
- Identify profiles with the right combination of language capability, sales potential, commercial mindset and long-term fit
- Support rapid hiring waves linked to the hub launch, seasonal business peaks and evolving workforce plans
- Proactively activate local attraction channels, including universities, local institutions and talent networks, in collaboration with the HR manager, to ensure a strong and continuous candidate flow
- Organize and manage assessment days / hiring events to accelerate recruitment processes and increase conversion
- Help balance speed, quality of hire and long-term retention fit throughout the hiring process
Stakeholder Partnership & Employer Branding
- Partner closely with the HR Manager, Sales Leadership, Team Leaders and business stakeholders to align recruitment activity with hiring needs
- Build and activate relationships with recruitment agencies, RPO partners, job boards, universities and local talent networks
- Proactively identify and test new attraction channels, sourcing approaches and local partnerships to improve candidate flow and hiring effectiveness
- Support MSC Cruises’ employer brand and help position the company as an attractive employer in the Valencia market
- Contribute to local talent attraction initiatives and help strengthen the hub’s visibility, appeal and reputation in the market
Your Journey so far
Essential Experience & Skills
- Solid experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally in fast-paced and service-driven environments
- Previous experience in high-volume hiring is strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting for multilingual, customer-facing or commercial roles is highly valued
- Exposure to sales-driven, hospitality, travel, retail or other performance-oriented environments is a strong plus
- Proven ability to attract candidates proactively, build talent pipelines and activate sourcing channels beyond standard job posting methods
- Experience identifying and developing new recruitment channels, local partnerships and candidate attraction strategies is highly valued
- Experience working with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and external recruitment partners, agencies or RPO providers is highly desirable
- Good understanding of the local Valencia / Spanish labour market and candidate landscape is a strong advantage
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication or a related field
- Recruitment certifications (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS training) a plus
A strong academic background is important; however, what will be most critical for success in this role is the ability to attract the right profiles, operate effectively in a fast-moving environment and manage recruitment with both pace and judgement.

- Good judgement in assessing both skills and cultural / commercial fit

- Comfortable operating in a multilingual and commercially driven context
- Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach
Your Essentials
- Fluency in Spanish and English required; additional languages are a strong advantage, especially Italian, French or German
- Full right to work in Spain
- Strong local market knowledge and connection to the Valencia employment ecosystem are highly valued
- Comfortable working in a multilingual and commercially driven environment
- Availability to support a rapid ramp-up phase (0–6 months) in a fast-growing sales environment
