Are you passionate about luxury travel, destination experiences, and delivering exceptional guest service? Silversea Cruises is seeking an experienced Shore Concierge Manager to lead our shore concierge operation and create unforgettable experiences for our guests around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all shore excursion and concierge operations onboard
• Provide personalized destination information, port briefings, and independent travel recommendations
• Coordinate private shore arrangements, transfers, hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, and special guest requests
• Drive shore excursion sales and maximize revenue opportunities
• Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service and prompt issue resolution
• Lead, train, coach, and develop the Shore Concierge team
• Manage tour schedules, reporting, budgeting, accounting, and operational administration
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tour operators and local partners worldwide


Qualifications


• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, cruise line, or international 5-star environment
• Strong sales, guest service, and accounting background
• Extensive destination knowledge and travel industry expertise
• Experience managing teams and delivering luxury guest experiences
• Valid STCW certification required
• Physically and medically fit for shipboard employment

Language Requirements


• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
• Proficiency in at least two of the following languages is highly preferred:
German
French
Spanish
Portuguese
Mandarin

Technical Requirements


• Strong working knowledge of:
Fidelio
MXP
Microsoft Office Applications
