Bar Server

Bar Servers suggest, serve, and sell beverages to guests seated at tables or standing in bars, cocktail lounges, and during special events throughout the vessel, providing excellent service and ensuring that guest safety comes first. Their responsibilities include interacting with guests or fellow shipboard employees, providing beverage information, promoting drink specials, and/or upselling to premium brands. Bar Servers also suggest alternative drinks if the guest's drink request is not available in current inventory. Our team of servers follow cleaning standards such as USPH and HACCP guidelines, ServeSafe, and observe environmental and workplace safety policies and procedures. Candidates must have two to three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a four- or five-star restaurant, lounge, hotel, or cruise ship.
