Provision Master (f/m)

We are looking for Provision Master (f/m) for our passenger National Geographic Explorer. If you are interested in COLUMBIA and believe you can contribute to our success you should at least fulfil the following job requirements:

• Responsible for all hotel stores
• Have minimum 5 years of experience as Provision Master from international passenger ship
• Good computer skills essential word, excel (resco / fidelio)
• Good command of English language
• Good sense for details and good order
• Well familiar with CDC Operation Manual
• Work closely with Chef de Cuisine and Bartenders
