URGENT! Hairdresser for river ships

For our partner operating fleet of numerous luxury river cruise ship we are looking for hairdresser to join ASAP after successful interview. 

Basic guaranteed salary : 900 EUR plus approx 600-800 EUR tips per month

Social insurances in Switzerland or France depending of the contract

Contract until middle of November

Travel covered by the company

Requirements:

• English spoken and written
• German spoken and written
• 1 year in a comparable position
• Experience with modern communication and computerised cash registers

Duties and responsibilities: 

• Management of the hairdressing salon
• Responsible to meet cleanliness and hygiene standards at the salon at all time
• Haircuts for both women and men
• Blow-dry and put-up hairstyles
• Working with hair straightener and curling iron
• Advice and service
• Manicures, hand massages and nail design
• Ordering and controlling of goods for the hairdressing salon
• Inventories
• Achieving and maintaining the required standards of customer satisfaction
• Daily participation in the work of the laundry with folding towels, bed sheets, bathrobes, with mangling
• Preparing and handling out the welcome back towels for the guests
• Support during disembarkation day
• Handling the dishwashing machine in the crew mess
