Assistant Hotel Manager (M/F) - Portuguese / Spanish, English, German

We are hiring an ASSISTANT HOTEL MANAGER (M/F) for our cruises in river Douro, Porto, Portugal, starting in January 2019.

This professional will be responsible for assisting the Hotel Manager in carrying out their duties.

PROFILE:

• Previous experience in cruises and / or hotels of 4 * or 5 *;
• Knowledge in Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage tasks;
• Knowledge of management, IT in the user's perspective, international hospitality and HACCP standards;
• Knowledge of stock management, cost control and budget management;
• Portuguese or Spanish skills are mandatory
• Excellent German and English skills (written & verbal)
• Good leadership skills, communication and teamwork;
• Availability to embark on Douro River, during the cruise season.
