Aim of the position
Als International Host / Hostess bieten Sie unseren Gästen einen persönlichen Kundenservice, sprachliche Unterstützung und Übersetzungen, um das Verständnis zu verbessern und den Genuss ihrer aufregenden Costa-Erfahrung zu steigern.
Hauptaufgaben:
- Sie agieren als Bezugspunkt für Gäste in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, indem Sie Sprachbarrieren beseitigen
- Sie befassen sich mit dem täglichen Kreuzfahrtprogramm, um die korrekte Übersetzung von schriftlichem Material in die jeweilige Sprache u.a. Menüs und Flyer zu gewährleisten, und Sie organisieren informative Reden
- Sie fördern die verschiedenen Dienstleistungen durch ständige Kommunikation und Werbung, um die Einnahmen und die Zufriedenheit der Gäste zu maximieren
- Sie stellen regelmäßig ein Feedback zu den häufigsten Anfragen der Nationalitätengruppen oder den Anmerkungen zur Bewertung der Kreuzfahrtatmosphäre bereit
Berufliche Voraussetzungen
- Sekundarschule (Tourismus oder Geisteswissenschaften)
- Mindestens 6 Monate Erfahrung in der Tourismusbranche (d.h. Rezeption, Reiseleitung)
- Begeisternde und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Selbstbewusstes Auftreten beim Sprechen in der Öffentlichkeit
- Vertrautheit mit Verkaufstechniken
- Lösungsorientiert
- EDV-Kenntnisse
- Deutsch Muttersprache
- Englischkenntnisse C1
- Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung an Bord ist von Vorteil
