Job Description:
Chef de Cuisine – 5* Cruise Line
The Company:
5* Luxury Cruise Line Company with an existing fleet of ships and New builds on the way.
High quality service, exceptional food and fine dining operation.
Salary and Benefit details:
Chef de Cuisine required – 5 * Cruise Line
Tax free salary. Flights. All food and accommodation included. Rolling Contract of 4 months on, 2 months off.
Candidate requirements:
Previous 5* Cruise Ship experience or 5 * Hotel / Resort background as an Executive Sous Chef / Executive Chef. Good attention to detail required. Experience in International cuisine, fine dining and High volume banqueting required. Good leadership skills required.
